11.3 The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. zs7770 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
12.1 Termination by zs7770. zs7770 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of: violation of these Terms; fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or any conduct that zs7770 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, its players, or its reputation.
12.2 Termination by Player. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting zs7770 customer support. Any balance remaining in a closed account (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method following satisfactory identity confirmation.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for cause, zs7770 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds pending investigation.
